The first step is to meet in person or zoom to discuss your goals and needs. We will share with you our highly effective strategy.  After that, we sign an agreement that commits our team to YOU!  You are now the client, and that means You are in charge!

Find Your Dream Home

We are going to listen to your needs and goals, and then start finding your dream home.  We will then tour your favorite selections together! Once you find "the one," we will will walk you through every step of getting your offer accepted before the competition!

Contract to Close

When your offer gets accepted, our service doesn't stop there.  We will manage every detail of the transaction including inspections, working with the closing attorney, the listing agent, and more!  We take care of the hard stuff, so you can start dreaming about life in your new home!

 

Even once the transaction is closed, we are here to help you find movers, contractors, and more.  We are here from start until finish!
